Holidays are always wonderful look forward to. Which is how it should be. However, the time of the Coronavirus brings many uncertainties. No problem: if a negative travel advice is issued for travel within/to the Netherlands, you can rebook at no cost to another date in the same year for which you booked.
*De Krim Certainties apply to all bookings with an arrival date in 2022 or 2023 that were booked directly through De Krim Texel (on www.krim-texel.com or by telephone on +31 (0)222-390112). Bookings made through third parties, group bookings and bookings of (pre-)seasonal, fixed or annual places are excluded. You can rebook at no cost to another date in the same year for which you booked.
What are the terms of the Corona Rebooking Guarantee?
- The reservation was made directly through De Krim Texel with an arrival date in 2022 or 2023. You can rebook at no cost to another date in the same year for which you booked.
- Negative travel advice for the period of your booked stay must be published on the official website of the government from your country of origin.

- Belgium: https://diplomatie.belgium.be/en
- Germany: https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/en
- Other countries: website of the embassy of the country of origin.
- Your booked stay must be paid in full before we can process your rebooking request.
How do I invoke the Corona Rebooking Guarantee?
- Your free rebooking is approved accepted upon receipt of written notice from De Kim Texel.
- When rebooking, there will be no change fee. If the changed reservation becomes more expensive, you will pay the difference extra. If the new vacation is cheaper than the original price, you will not be refunded the difference.
- Rebooking will be to the same accommodation with an arrival date in 2022 or 2023, based on availability. Availability varies, with some accommodations being excluded. The best solution will be considered in consultation with you.
- Rebooking free of charge is allowed once per booking. If you wish to rebook or cancel the same booking at a later date, our regular travel and cancellation terms and conditions apply. The initial arrival date will then apply.
- Your free rebooking is approved accepted upon receipt of written notice from De Kim Texel.
