Texelpop bigger than ever
Dutch pop music
Dutch pop music enthusiasts will have a great time on Saturday, 28 March, during the popular festival Texelpop. The line-up consists of bands and artists from Texel. From rock to blues and from ballads to funk, a different band will take to the stage every 40 minutes.
Texelpop, a long-standing Texel tradition
Texelpop started off small forty years ago in De Wezentuin in Den Burg. The festival moved from the park to De Lindenboom. Then it moved to the sports hall, a disco, and in 2020, the Texel bands will perform at Event Hall Texel for the first time. Boasting ultramodern lighting and sound equipment, Texelpop will be more spectacular than ever this year. Footage of previous editions of Texelpop will be shown on a big screen above the stage. There are performances by Colour Kitchen, Josh van den Berg, Salty Strings, Phonetics, Bluesselect, Random, Hip Shake, The Seniors and Tidal Wave. DJ Mike will perform in between!

Tip: combine your evening out with a Texel buffet at Restaurant De Waddenhoeve on Vakantiepark de Krim. The buffet - served from 17.00 - 19.00 hours - consists of various starters and desserts and costs €29.50 (excluding drinks). Please book by phone on 0222 390 115.

Texeltours provides bus transport to and from the Evenementenhal Texel.
The costs are € 5,00 per person for a return.
