After completing the booking, your reservation is final, and you have secured your chosen holiday
Within 14 days after making an online booking, it is still possible to cancel it free of charge, but only if the arrival date is not within 28 days. If the arrival date falls within 28 days, free cancellation is not possible.

To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance or participating in our cancellation fund. This way, you are protected against any cancellation fees.

If you book a family villa, hotel room, (hotel) chalet, furnished tent with bathroom or a lodge, the bed linen for the specified number of persons is placed on your reservation (mandatory cost) and the beds are made for you upon arrival.
For bungalows and apartments, the bed linen is placed on your reservation for the specified number of people (mandatory cost). These will be placed in the accommodation for you as packages. It is possible, for a fee, to book a bed-making service in this step. This can also be done later via "My Holiday".
When staying in a hiker's hut, please remember to bring your own bed linen (incl. comforter or sleeping bag).
You can book, among other things, hand and kitchen towel packages, children's furniture, shopping packages, bicycles, breakfast and dinner packages. This can be done directly when booking, but also in the period before your arrival. If you log in to My holiday you will find all the possibilities. Per park and accommodation this can be different.
You can book a kitchen towel package when you book your accommodation. The kitchen towel package consists of one kitchen towel and one tea towel.
You can add a towel package when booking an accommodation. The towel package consists of one bath sheet and one bath towel.
In some units of accommodation, this is available as standard, in which case it will be included in the description. In all other cases, you can book these items as extras.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from going on your holiday or force you to end it prematurely, the cancellation insurance scheme will provide financial peace of mind.
