Flexible changing (1x free of charge)
You have booked with us, but due to circumstances you would prefer to change your holiday to another period or to one of our other parks. If so, you can change or rebook your booking once for free up to 28 days before arrival.
*De Krim Certainties apply to all bookings with an arrival date in 2024 and/or 2025 that were booked directly through De Krim Texel (on www.krim-texel.com or by telephone on +31 (0)222-390112). Bookings made through third parties, group bookings and bookings of (pre-)seasonal, fixed or annual places are excluded.
Change conditions
- It is possible to change your booking once, until 28 days before arrival: for example by moving it to a different stay period in the same year for which you booked, or changing park or accommodation.
- The rental fee of the booking will remain the same or increase. If the changed booking is more expensive, you pay the difference. If the new holiday is less expensive than the original price, you will not receive the difference.
- Your request for changing your booking can be made via omboeken@krim.nl entioning your reservation number.
- Do you want to cancel your booking at a later stage? Then you will be charged based on the initial arrival date, our regular travel and cancellation terms and conditions apply

Choose your favourite park and your preferred period of stay. If your preferences change up to 28 days before arrival, you can easily change your booking.
