De Krim Texel continues to evolve. No fewer than 90 new holiday homes will be built in the coming years. With the first successful test villas, an important step has been taken towards a future-proof and welcoming Texel.

The first five new holiday homes have now been installed: three at Holiday Park De Krim in De Cocksdorp and two at Bungalow Park 't Hoogelandt on Californiëweg in De Koog. These are comfortable 6-person villas and a semi-detached 12-person villa. These luxury test homes have been successfully put into use and have already welcomed several guests. The positive experiences form a solid basis for the continuation of the project.
In 2026 and 2027, 28 new villas will be built on the site of the former wooden lodges at Holiday Park De Krim. Preparations are in full swing. Texel contractors are closely involved: Tatenhove is taking care of the preparatory work and Bouw 2020 is responsible for the construction of the villas. Other local companies are also involved in the realisation, which makes the project even more special.

In the final phase (2027–2028), another 60 accommodations will be built. These will consist of recreational villas and comfortable 6-person chalets. This will create a versatile offering that suits the diverse groups that De Krim Texel welcomes.
Experience the comfort of the new villas for yourself and ensure you have a wonderful stay on Texel.
