There are activities for both experienced riders and beginners at the various riding stables on Texel. You can choose a ride in the woods or on the beach, a horse drawn carriage tour or a (private) lesson at one of the riding stables.

For children from 2 years of age it is even possible to climb on the back of a small pony. A parent or adult takes the pony by the hand and you can take the whole family for a pleasant walk through the woods.
