Strender fish-smoking contest
Come to the fish-smoking contest in the centre of Oosterend! There are several smokers who compete here to go home with the Arie Ellen Goblet. They smoke mullet and sole. Tasting and smelling is allowed of course. During this pleasant event, fishing films are shown and there is music all day long. You will discover how fish is traditionally smoked!
