Frequently asked questions

You can’t reserve a holiday. However, within 14 days after booking, your booking can be cancelled free of charge, but only if your date of arrival is not (yet) within 28 days. It is not possible to cancel a reservation that was made 28 days or less before your arrival. 

If you want to bring your pet(s), you can indicate this when you enter the information about the composition of your party. The search results will then be filtered and you will only be shown available accommodation where pets are welcome. Any extra charges will be displayed in your booking overview when booking.

Listed below are the check-in and check-out times of your accommodation/camping pitch. On your arrival day you are welcome to register and make use of the park facilities before check in time. You can also use the facilities on your departure day. 

Bungalows, family villas, chalets, apartments, villas, furnished tents and lodges:
Check-in: from 15:00. Checkout: no later than 10:00.
Hotel and hotel chalets:
The rooms are available from 15:00. Checkout is at 11:00.
Camping pitch:
Your pitch is available from 13:00 and must be vacated by 11:00.

There is fiber optic cable on all our parks. This ensures a good Wi-Fi connection throughout the site, on your pitch or in your accommodation. The use of Wi-Fi is free of charge!

Bungalows, (family) villas, chalets, apartments, furnished tents and lodges:
Arrival days: Mondays and Fridays for a one-week, midweek or weekend stay.*
For furnished tents and lodges, Friday arrivals only in the high season.

Hotel and hotel chalets:
Daily arrival is possible, with a minimum 2-night stay.

Camping:
Daily arrival is possible. At Campsite De Krim, you can only book per week with Saturday arrival only in the high season.

Online, you can book one unit of accommodation per booking. By telephone, we can book several units of accommodation per invoice for you.

This is no problem at all during the day. If your guests wish to spend the night, this is only allowed if the total number of people doesn’t exceed the maximum number of people allowed per unit of accommodation. You need to register any extra guests at reception, because of local authority charges and compulsory sheet sets.

Electric cars can be charged at Villapark De Koog, Holiday Park De Krim, Camping Kogerstrand, Camping Loodsmansduin, at Hotel Molenbos and at Residentie Californië.

At Holiday Park De Krim, you can park at all units of accommodation. Camping guests have their own numbered parking space at the nearby campsite parking lot.
At Campsite De Shelter, you can park one car at your pitch.
At Campsite Kogerstrand, there is a large parking lot at the reception.
At Campsite Loodsmansduin, you can park in the designated parking spaces or along the edge of the camping fields.
Hotel Molenbos has its own free car park at the hotel.
At Villapark De Koog this is possible for all accommodations.

Included in the rent of a villa, bungalow, chalet and apartment:
Booking fees, bed linen for the 1st person, VAT and final cleaning.

Not included in the rent are compulsory extra charges:
Local authority charges, bed linen from the 2nd person onwards. 

One of the optional extras available is our cancellation insurance. 

You can pay the full amount at once or choose to pay in instalments. We charge an extra (‘payment convenience’) fee for the service of paying in instalments.

No, all the mandatory costs are already included in the quotation shown. The only extra costs that may apply are for booking extra items and/or the cancellation insurance in the next step. You are free to choose whether or not to add these to your booking.
