You have booked with us, but due to circumstances you would prefer to change your holiday to another period or to one of our other parks. If so, you can change or rebook your booking once for free up to 28 days before arrival.
*De Krim Certainties apply to all bookings with an arrival date in 2022 or 2023 that were booked directly through De Krim Texel (on www.krim-texel.com or by telephone on +31 (0)222-390112). Bookings made through third parties, group bookings and bookings of (pre-)seasonal, fixed or annual places are excluded.
Change or rebook conditions
- It is possible to change your booking free of charge once once, until 28 days before arrival: for example by moving it to a different stay period in 2021 or 2022, or changing park or accommodation.
- The rental fee of the booking will remain the same or increase. If the changed booking is more expensive, you pay the difference. If the new holiday is less expensive than the original price, you will not receive the difference.
- Your request for changing your booking free of charge can be made via omboeken@krim.nl entioning your reservation number.
- Do you want to cancel your booking at a later stage? Then you will be charged based on the initial arrival date, our regular travel and cancellation terms and conditions apply.
