Broadway Den Hoorn is a twice-yearly living room festival on Texel that will take place again on the Pentecost weekend in 2024!
The festival attracts local residents of Texel as well as visitors from the mainland. Many of them book a accommodation on the island because of the three-night event. The festival, organised for the twelfth time, has become a prominent event, with a mix of established and emerging artists.
The festival, which takes place both indoors and outdoors, features a variety of live concerts and cabaret performances in an intimate living room atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy cabaret, theatre and music as if the artists were performing directly in their own living rooms. Outside, there is a cosy outdoor area where you can enjoy live music and a glass of wine at large tables. In short, a cosy and personal ambiance for an unforgettable evening with friends and family.
Special beer festival
During Pentecost weekend 2024, Café De Slock's Craft Beer Festival will take place in Den Burg's park 'De Wezentuin'. Visitors can enjoy more than 60 types of craft beers, including several Texel varieties, while listening to live music from a band and a DJ. And the best part? Entry is completely free! The festival offers a unique opportunity to taste a wide range of special beers in a cosy atmosphere.
