Fans of Dutch pop music can enjoy the Texelpop indoor festival at Evenementenhal Texel on Saturday 28 March 2026. De Krim Texel and the TEMPO foundation are once again joining forces to showcase various Texel bands. From rock to blues and from ballads to funk, each band will play for 30 minutes. New this year is that we will set up two stages opposite each other in the main hall, so that we can try to avoid any breaks. In addition, the various food stands will create a real festival atmosphere.

This festival is also very suitable for families! Children up to 12 years of age have free admission and there is children's entertainment.

Texelpop: a long tradition on Texel

Texelpop has a rich and long tradition on Texel! The first edition of this pop festival took place in 1980, in the park De Wezentuin in Den Burg. In the years that followed, the music festival took place at various locations on Texel, but the concept has always remained the same: an accessible pop festival with exclusively Texel bands.

Following the huge success of 2024 and 2025, Texelpop will be back again in 2026! The shows are equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems and all the facilities you could possibly need to make it a fantastic festival!
