All luxury comforts
The detached villas offer all luxury comforts with room for 1 to 12 people, depending on the type of villa.
In the spacious, bright living room, there is a wonderful sitting area with big flat-screen TV and designer gas fire. From the living room you have access to the spacious garden, which, of course, you have completely to yourself. The large bedrooms have made-up box-spring beds. The villas have a minimum of 2 bathrooms, but in most, every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Cooking and eating together
The spacious kitchen has a big fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven and oven. The large dining table is big enough for everyone and is perfect for lots of wonderful times together; from breakfast, board games, drinks to long dinners!
Optional: Swimming pool, sauna or own wellness area
Have you always dreamt about having an own swimming pool? Some of our luxurious villas make this dream come true because they have a swimming pool included! So whenever you or your children feel like swimming, you can simply jump in!
Some of the luxury villas also have their own sauna and even a wellness area; unwind and relax in the whirlpool bath, sauna and steam shower. Enjoy your special me-time, time with your partner or group of friends. And you can spend the quiet moments in between lazing in the comfortable loungers in the wellness area, by the atmospheric gas fire in the living room or in the wonderful lounge area in the garden! Luxury villas in De Koog
The luxurious villas are located in De Koog.
Some of the villas are in a separate part of Bungalow Park 't Hoogelandt. From the park you can walk straight into the Texel woods. The beach is just a short, stunning walk away through the woods and dunes. Ecomare is also within walking distance of the park.
The villas of the modern and sustainable Villa Park De Koog are nearby the centre of the popular, lively seaside resort of De Koog and within walking distance of dunes and the beach.
Your stay at a luxury villa (if booked via De Krim Texel) comes with free tickets to the new swimming pool at Holiday Park De Krim in De Cocksdorp. What’s more, during your stay, you will also enjoy a 30% discount on green fees at Golf Course De Texelse!
