For many people, the turn of the year involves setting off fireworks. However, the Dutch government has announced a ban on fireworks for 2021. This to prevent extra pressure on the already heavily burdened care and to guarantee the maintenance of public order. Unfortunately, on December 31st it is not allowed to light fireworks, not even in our parks. Sparklers do not fall under this ban.
