Online booking system is up to date

We’re receiving high numbers of calls and emails from people asking if there’s an issue with our booking system, because they’re unable to book the accommodation or pitch they wanted. The booking system is working properly; however, since Texel is extremely popular, it might unfortunately be the case that the park, accommodation or pitch you’d prefer in the period you selected is no longer available. Our online booking system always states current availability, with this system being directly linked to our reservation system, and constantly being updated. Online availability is therefore no different from availability through our contact centre.
