Since July 2017, Holiday Park De Krim has a NEW indoor and outdoor pool with slides, rapid slide and a spray park for the little ones.
Other facilities include an indoor kids’ play paradise, a cool outdoor playground, several restaurants, bowling alleys, laser tag arena, theatre, supermarket, recreation programme and so much more … Nobody will get bored here!

Also in the immediate vicinity of the holiday park everything is available for a wonderful Texel holiday. The holiday park borders directly on nature reserve De Slufter and Golf Course De Texelse. The beach, the lighthouse and the cosy village of De Cocksdorp are close by.

At Holiday Park De Krim, you can choose to stay at a luxury family villa with sauna, a large bungalow, a comfortable chalet, a hotel chalet or the beautifully kept campsite with large pitches. You can also stay at a Luxury Lodge or Safari Lodge at the campsite. These are super deluxe and fully furnished tents with, among other things, own kitchen, bathroom and box bed for the kids.

''The road over the Volharding dyke, with a beautiful view of the mud flats with Vlieland in the distance. This is one of my favourite spots. There are many cycle paths and footpaths near the campsite. The Hanenpad route is recommended, and a walk through the dunes or nature reserve De Slufter is also very pleasant. If it’s peace and quiet you’re after, the dyke near the Thunderbolt statue (Bliksemschicht) is definitely worth a visit. Beach pavilions Paal 33 and Paal 28, famous for their spareribs, are highly recommended for food and drink.''

Lighthouse
The lighthouse of Texel is located at the north of the island. Roughly 45 meters above the sea level you have a fantastic view over the North Sea, Wadden Sea, Vlieland and Texel. But also the inside of the tower is fascinating....
....The Second World War has left its marks on the old walls of the lighthouse, where the shooting holes are still visible. The lighthouse known to be the landmark of Texel.
