You don’t need to print out your booking confirmation and bring it with you. You can register at the reception under the name you used to make the booking.

Where automatic check-in applies, you will receive your personal code for the barrier by email. This code only works in combination with your car registration.
Automatic check-in applies at Campsite De Krim in the high season.

Listed below are the check-in and check-out times of your accommodation/camping pitch. On your arrival day you are welcome to register and make use of the park facilities before check in time. You can also use the facilities on your departure day. 

• Bungalows, family villas, chalets, apartments, villas, furnished tents and lodges:
  Check-in: from 15:00. Checkout: no later than 10:00.
• Hotel and hotel chalets:
  The rooms are available from 15:00. Checkout is at 11:00. 
• Camping pitch:
  Your pitch is available from 13:00 and must be vacated by 11:00.

At the family villas, hotel rooms, (hotel) chalets, furnished tents with bathroom and lodges, the beds are made up for you.

For the bungalows and apartments, you have the option of booking the bed-making service at a charge.  

Do remember to bring your own bed linen (incl. duvet or sleeping bag) if you are staying at a hiker’s cabin.  

In some units of accommodation, this is available as standard, in which case it will be included in the description. In all other cases, you can book these items as extras.

There is fiber optic cable on all our parks. This ensures a good Wi-Fi connection throughout the site, on your pitch or in your accommodation. The use of Wi-Fi is free of charge!

• At Holiday Park De Krim, you can park at all units of accommodation. Camping guests have their own numbered parking space at the nearby campsite parking lot.
• At Campsite De Shelter, you can park one car at your pitch. 
• At Campsite Kogerstrand, there is a large parking lot at the reception.
• At Campsite Loodsmansduin, you can park in the designated parking spaces or along the edge of the camping fields. 
• Hotel Molenbos has its own free car park at the hotel.
• At Villapark De Koog there is room for 2 cars at each villa.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas. 

The family villas, (luxury) villas, chalets, hotel rooms, furnished tents and apartments are all non-smoking.

There are a number of bungalows where smoking is allowed.

Barbecuing is allowed when using a barbecue with legs (minimum 1 metre off the ground). At Campsites Loodsmansduin and Kogerstrand, you are only allowed to use a gas or electric barbecue.

In the summer months, different rules may apply due to extreme drought, so do check with reception.

You can book the following optional extras: towel and kitchen towel sets, kids’ furniture, shopping packs, bikes, breakfast and dinner packages, among other things. You can do this when booking, but also in the period before your arrival. Log into My Holiday for an overview of optional extras. This may vary per park and unit of accommodation.

There is a launderette at all our parks. The launderettes are open 24 hours a day.

Unfortunately, you can’t hire a washing machine separately.

Various units of accommodations at our parks are equipped with own washing machine. If you want a unit of accommodation with a washing machine, simply select this option in your accommodation search. All family villas are equipped with a washing machine and dryer as standard.

This is no problem at all during the day. If your guests wish to spend the night, this is only allowed if the total number of people doesn’t exceed the maximum number of people allowed per unit of accommodation. You need to register any extra guests at reception, because of local authority charges and compulsory sheet sets.

At Holiday Park De Krim, fireworks may only be set off in the square at reception, from 18:00 to 19:00 and between midnight and 2:00.

Camping Loodsmansduin, Bungalowpark 't Hoogelandt & Villapark De Koog operate a no fireworks policy.

Yes, you can also pay with Visa and Mastercard at our park.

Yes, you can. As long as it clearly states who it is for it will be placed in the mail boxes at the reception, where you can collect it.

Unfortunately, this option is not offered on Texel.

Electric cars can be charged at Villapark De Koog, Holiday Park De Krim, Camping Kogerstrand, Camping Loodsmansduin, at Hotel Molenbos and at Residentie Californië.
