Villa Park De Koog is a new villa park on Texel. Villa Park De Koog is located at walking distance from the cosy resort De Koog, the National Park ‘Dunes of Texel’ and the beach. With very luxurious villas for four to twelve persons, this villa park is the perfect location for a high-quality Texel vacation.
Three different types of villas are available for rent at the villa park. All villas are spacious and have a modern, contemporary architecture. The large windows offer a lovely view of the natural surroundings. Various villas are close to the water. The luxurious interior, the sauna and the beds made upon arrival, allow you to start enjoying your holiday immediately.
If you want something even more exclusive, you can book the 6-person villa with a private pool and steam room for the ultimate wellness experience.
The villas are not only very comfortable, but also sustainable: heat pumps and solar panels generate sustainable energy in the villas. Of course, energy-saving measures were also taken, such as the high insulation value and the use of LED lamps. Of course, the park also has charging poles for electric cars.
Villa Park De Koog is situated at the edge of a unique dune area: it is only a few minutes away from De Nederlanden by foot, which is a part of the National Park ‘Dunes of Texel’. The dunes in this area are exceptionally beautiful with their steep slopes. Galloway cattle and sheep graze the area. A bike and walking trail will take you, within 5 minutes from the exit of the park, through the dunes, to the North Sea beach near Paal 21.
Tip: Watch the video, below on the page, for a good impression of the park.

As you will see in the video the cottages, designed by Rotterdam-based architect Hans Moor and Texel-based architect Ingmar Veeger, fit well in the surrounding countryside and have a very modern look. Many other Texel-based companies have been called in to help with the construction.
