Frequently Asked Questions about 'Confirmation, changes and cancellation'

Every booking is definitive as soon as (the first) payment has been made. After you have made a booking, you have 14 days to make changes to your booking or cancel it if necessary.

Contact the booking department on +31 (0)222 390 112. They will check whether everything is okay with your booking, after which a new booking confirmation will be sent to you.

We advise you to contact the reservations department to discuss the options to change your booking. Call us on +31 (0) 222 390 112 or email us at reserveringen@krim.nl.

After payment of the deposit or full payment, we charge €26.20 for booking changes.

If you are staying on Texel and you want to shorten your camping holiday due to bad weather, you can make use of the Good Weather Guarantee. The number of booked days that you no longer make use of will be credited to you. If you make a booking for the same campsite later in the season, you can use the credit. 

Please note that the Good Weather Guarantee only applies when you are already staying at the campsite and you cannot use the credit for bookings with stays in July and August. Read more about the Good Weather Guarantee.

We will send you a new booking confirmation following the change.

Within 2 weeks of making the booking, you can make changes to your booking or cancel it free of charge. Cancellation of a booking after payment has been made is done via our cancellation insurance scheme. We are happy to send you the terms & conditions of our cancellation insurance scheme.

Yes, you will receive confirmation of your booking cancellation by post.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from going on your holiday or force you to end it prematurely, the cancellation insurance scheme will provide financial peace of mind.

The following applies additionally to the holiday homes and all furnished tents: including bedlinen for the 1st person, excluding mandatory bedlinen from the 2nd person and on at € 9.30 per person. Prices subject to change.
