Frequently Asked Questions about 'Confirmation, changes and cancellation'

Every booking is definitive as soon as (the first) payment has been made. After you have made a booking, you have 14 days to make changes to your booking or cancel it if necessary.

Contact the booking department on +31 (0)222 390 112. They will check whether everything is okay with your booking, after which a new booking confirmation will be sent to you.

If you want to make changes to your booking, the best thing is to contact our booking department. Call us on +31 (0) 222 390 112 or email us at reserveringen@krim.nl.

After payment of the deposit or full payment, we charge €24.50 for booking changes.

We will send you a new booking confirmation following the change.

Within 2 weeks of making the booking, you can make changes to your booking or cancel it free of charge if you haven’t made any payment yet. Cancellation of a booking after payment has been made is done via our cancellation insurance scheme. We are happy to send you the terms & conditions of our cancellation insurance scheme.

Yes, you will receive confirmation of your booking cancellation by post.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from going on your holiday or force you to end it prematurely, the cancellation insurance scheme will provide financial peace of mind.
