For example, visit the little harbour of Sil to see the sunrise over the mudflats and then walk along the beach, along the beautiful wooden pier of De Vriendschap and to the lighthouse to enjoy the fantastic view over the north of Texel after 118 steps.’

Breakfast buffet
A buffet-style breakfast of fresh rolls and croissants, orange juice, fresh fruit, eggs and a huge selection of sandwich fillings awaits you at the cosy restaurant from 8:00 to 10:00 in the morning. A wonderful start to the day!
Cosy restaurant
After an exploration of Texel, you can enjoy a culinary dinner in the evening in the hotel's cosy restaurant. We have a menu with some nice dishes. The kitchen brigade uses real Texel products, fresh fish from the sea around the island and fruit from our own garden.
The restaurant is open from Wednesday till Sunday. You can book a table by phone (0222 316 476) or at the reception of the hotel.
Bike storage
Hotel Molenbos has a covered bike storage area with 6 charging points for electric bikes! Didn’t bring your own bike? No problem! Simply hire a bike or an e-bike from us.
